โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการเตรียม ความพร้อมสู่สากล ปี 2553

จัด โดย: กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ และ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย

จากสภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจที่ เปลี่ยนแปลงและวิกฤตทางเศรษฐกิจที่เกิดขึ้นทำให้ผู้ประกอบการต้องเร่งพัฒนา ตนเองให้มีความพร้อมในการแข่งขันระดับสากล กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้ากระทรวงพาณิชย์ และ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย จึงร่วมมือกันจัดทำโครงการ “พัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่สากล” เพื่อให้ความรู้และร่วมจัดทำแผนธุรกิจแก่ผู้ประกอบการที่ต้องการเข้าสู่ ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศโดยมุ่งเน้นในกลุ่มประเทศ ASEAN โครงการฯประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมหลัก 3 กิจกรรม ได้แก่

1. การฝึกอบรมสัมมนาให้ความรู้ แก่ผู้ประกอบการในการพัฒนาธุรกิจสู่สากล ทั้งในด้านการจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ระดับสากล การเจรจาต่อรองธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ ความเป็นผู้ประกอบการนานาชาติ และการสร้างนวัตกรรม การบริหารเงินระหว่างประเทศ ระบบการนำเข้าส่งออก การเข้าสู่ตลาดต่างประเทศ กฎหมายธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ การตลาดระดับนานาชาติ การสร้างตราสินค้าในตลาดต่างประเทศ และคุณภาพสินค้าระดับสากล

2. การเยี่ยมชมและฟังบรรยาย กิจการที่ประสบความสำเร็จในระดับสากล หลังจากนั้นจะทำการคัดเลือกผู้ประกอบการที่มีศักยภาพเพื่อเข้าสู่กิจกรรมที่ สาม


3. การเขียนแผนธุรกิจ ในการยกระดับกิจการตนเองสู่ระดับสากล โดยมีการจัดทีมปรึกษาที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญและประสบการณ์ในการประกอบธุรกิจ ระดับสากล โดยโครงการนี้มุ่งหวังให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถประกอบธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศได้

 

กำหนดการจัดอบรมสัมมนา (กิจกรรมที่ 1-2) ระหว่างวันที่ 18 – 20 มีนาคม 2553 เป้าหมาย 120 ราย ณ โรงแรมริชมอนด์ จังหวัดนนทบุรี ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมอบรม/สัมมนาในครั้งนี้ จะได้รับวุฒิบัตร และสิทธิ์ในการคัดเลือกเข้าสู่กิจกรรม Coaching (กิจกรรมที่ 3)
